Our Client seeks an experienced Business Process Modeling (BPM) developer to model current and future states of mission critical business processes. In addition to the technical skills of modeling and process reengineering, the candidate will also need to partner with business and operations stakeholders, contributing and/or leading business analysis activities. The BPM developer will also work closely with Senior Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) Architects to validate current and target state process models. Candidates with extensive understanding of SOA and hands-on experience with BEA AquaLogic tools will be given a preference.* Contribute to project delivery including project progress reporting and other governance processes.* Follow department software development guidelines and processes. Skills:Position Requirements: * Bachelor degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field of study.* 6+ years of BPM development experience.* Experience participating in large-scale, full lifecycle SOA implementations. * Expert experience with a BPMS tool from BEA, Tibco, IBM, or other major vendor including design, implementation, monitoring, testing, and administration skills.* Hands-on experience with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) technology from BEA, Sonic, IBM, Oracle, or another major vendor.* Knowledge of SOA architecture and concepts.* Knowledge of Java, Oracle, LoadRunner, and UNIX a plus.* Ability to manage small business analysis engagements and teams.* Excellent analytical and technical skills; outstanding attention to detail.* Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills are required for interaction with all levels of business, operations, and technical stakeholders. * Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.* Ability to work both independently and as part of teams.* Ability to effectively function in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.WE ARE UNABLE TO SPONSER OR TRANSFER H1B-VISA'SSALARY: Open (based upon experience and qualifications)
