Overview:
This role will be responsible for supporting the Microsoft Exchange e-mail system and its links with other email systems used by the organization. The Engineer will also manage and participate in project based work that will include Troubleshooting complex technical issues and ensuring the continuous operation of the MS Exchange e-mail system.

Technical experience should include day to day issues with MS Exchange 4.0, to 5.5 Troubleshooting (Exchange Mobility and Message Transport), Technical mentoring of peers/ 2nd & 3rd line support.
