The Lead Technical Writer develops and publishes user documentation and training materials to support system functionality for Company software including user manuals, field and form level online help, web help, instructional materials to support both independent and group instruction and mentors writers new to the team.
Experience: MUST HAVE:

Bachelors degree in Technical Communications, Education, English, Journalism, Instructional Design or related field
5+ years of proven technical writing skills
Familiarity with the methods and tools used to develop both printed and online documentation (knowledge of AuthorIT useful but not necessary)
Practical experience as a system user
