Our client is one of the nation's leaders in their industry and they are looking for a Business Analyst for their focused IT team.

Responsibilities include:

Provide the primary lines of communication to the business user and build a working relationship with them. Develops design and functional specifications, produces deliverables related to the project(s) assigned and assists in post implementation support and system enhancements. Provide in-depth investigation, analysis, and timely resolution for each implementation. Support and troubleshoot SharePoint and Windows Server environment and application issues as it relates to the implementation and operation. Provide configuration and deployment support for other web based .NET products, as necessary.

Experience: MUST HAVE:

5+ years working experience in a small environment
BS in Business Information System, Computer Science or equivalent
Proven ability to manage and solve complex customer support issues in a dynamic environment
Working knowledge of SQL Server 2005
Working knowledge of HTML, HTTP(s), XML, .NET
