Our client in Downtown Chicago, is currently looking for a Junior Network Security Specialist.The ideal candidate will serve as the primary resource to install and maintain security software (firewalls/IDS/IPS) and also maintain the user permissions on servers and respond to Cyber attacks.The ideal security specialist must be able to maintain firewall rules and create and maintain VPN users and access.<br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Experience: The ideal candidate for this role must have BA /BS or equivalent experience in networking and/or Computer Science 2-3 years security experience. He/she must have excellent communications and organizational skills; excellent understanding of network infrastructure design; extensive knowledge CISCO, Checkpoint, IDS/IPS, window security
