Our client is an outstanding University located on Chicago's South side. They are looking for a freelance web developer for a long term freelance opportunity.

In this project you will be responsible for maintaining and updating the organizations several websites and micro sites and working with cross functional teams to make sure all objectives are met. This is a long term web development opportunity at an FUN and Outstanding organization. <br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Experience: You need to have at least 2+ years experience in the following programs CSS, XHTML, HTML, Javascript, and XML. Must also know graphic programs such as Photoshop and Illustrator. You must have a thorough understanding of how to work with web editors and also test web pages cross platform in popular browsers. Familiarity with ASP.net and C# is a plus. Familiarity with Flash and SEO is also a plus.

Last but not least, you will be interacting with several different groups, and good communication is key, as you may have to explaining complicated matters to people with little technical skills.
