JOB DESCRIPTION

Maintain MS Exchange, Sonic Wall firewall and overall network security

Plan, install and configure network servers

Connectivity duties include maintaining and establishing remote connection to internal VPN, establishing and maintaining VPN tunnels to remote locations, and configuring and maintaining T1 connections to remote locations

General network duties include maintaining network backups, office-wide anti-virus and spam filtering, active directory server, and fileservers.

Perform second level help desk

Monitor network activities such as email and internet

Monitor Network logs and network log checklists

QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of CUBS or other collection system
SAS 70 or equivalent knowledge is recommended
Unix knowledge is a plus
Candidate must be have strong organizational skills
Ability to work some evenings and weekends
Knowledge of FDCPA and HIPAA a plus

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Minimum education: College degree preferred
MCSE certification
3 years experience working as network administrator
