The objective is to provide SAP post go-live production support to include issue resolution, root-cause analyis, training, and documentation as well as the ability to understand business requirements/issues in the context of a standard PepsiCo ERP solution. This position will be answering emails and phone calls from 500 virtual users for 1st & 2nd level support that has been delegate by the team lead. They will be running reports, working on transactions & issue resolution, and follow up on completed emails & calls.
