We re in search of a Storage Engineer to join our client for a contract to hire role.This position will be with our client in downtown Chicago located very close to the Metra station. This company is in the financial services industry.No 3rd party candidate can be considered for this opportunity.Salary range after transitioning from contract hourly to internal salaried employee will be in the $110K range with flexibility plus excellent benefits. Company is also located very close to the Metra stations.Job Summary: With minimal supervision responsible for the design, implementation and support of storage infrastructures for the corporate campus and field locations. Provides technical thought leadership for storage systems and is accountable to define, maintain, communicate, and implement standards consistent with established architecture and strategy. Responsible for the provisioning of complex storage environments. Additionally, responsible for the update of management information systems, including asset management, time tracking and other systems.
