Description Part Time - Deskside Support, Break/Fix, Installation Move, Add Change, Desktop Support. 15 hours minimum paid. Required Skills: 1.Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve issues with PC and laptop configurations.2.Perform software installations, hardware and software troubleshooting, and one on one customer assistance.3.Analyze and identify workarounds to make suggestions for unresolved technical issues.4.Develop and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers. 5.Work well within support team entity and interact effectively with all service levels.Required Skills: Three or more years of directly related IT desktop support and maintenance experience.Must have excellent problem solving and customer relation skills.Working knowledge of networks, Active Directory, Windows XP\Vista, Client laptops\desktops. Will be supporting customer's executive staff.Physical Requirements: Lift 50 lbsEducation Requirements: minimum A+ Technician will be supporting client executive staff, very customer centric environment.
