Not looking for developers, need to be design level.
Getting data that is in the Datawarehouse and getting it out to our customers (through BO or Crystal or XML)
Overseeing development within a few areas
Custom reports that they are developing (Business Objects-must have, Crystal Reports)
Datastage product (smaller part)
Familiarity with J2EE/Oracle/Hibernate ? specifically with XML technologies
Finance is a bonus for this.
Focus is on Business Intelligence
Background should be mix of Java/J2EE and BI

Role as a Business Technology Architect involves interaction with business users to understand their needs and help meet those needs through technology.
