. Identify, asses and record business needs, recommending business priorities, and advising business on options, risks, and costs versus benefits . Helps shape the vision of longer-term requirements . Communicates business priorities to the technology development teams in order to drive effective business solutions . Facilitates requirements and design sessions with business and IT . Researches to determine if solutions to business needs currently exist within or outside the business unit, and if not, whether new solutions are feasible . Documents business and functional requirements, and communicates these requirements to the development team for design and implementation of business solutions . Provides, as needed, input to the development of formal business cases . Working knowledge of Data processes around Extract, Transform and Load processes and SQL development concepts .
