*** Help Desk Analyst position hours 4:30 - 11:30 pm. SHORT SCOOP: 3+ years help desk support experience within the legal industry.Must have experience with Windows operating systems: Win XP Pro/Windows 2000, MS Office 2000/07 and Visio, Citrix.REQUIREMENTS:Support for and experience with: Telephone connectivity, remote issues and desktop support.* Available for department special projects or practice. * Able to move computer and printer equipment. * Experienced with computer network concepts.* Experienced with Windows operating system: Win XP Pro/Windows 2000.* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 2000/2007 and Visio. * Experienced with troubleshooting remote access applications (Citrix).ENVIRONMENT REQUIRES:* An independently worker.* Someone who finds learning new software and applications challenging and fun. * Someone who learns quickly.* Is a detail oriented professional in research and application of software applications. * Must have excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. * Have the ability to organize projects and work according to priority and level of need during normal and emergency situations.
