Responsibilities:

- Moose experience/knowledge
- Handle support responsibilities for our development team.
- Help manage off-shore resources to facilitate off-hour support.
- Work with the team's customers to help solve their problems.
- Develop a deep understanding of the team's software and systems.
- Troubleshoot problems by reading and understanding code and working with developers.
- Improve the team's support by improving monitoring and identifying new ways to solve support problems.
- Identify systemic problems and recommend solutions.
- Automate common manual tasks.
- Occasionally provide off-hour support.
- Work as programmer to help with development projects.

Required Skills:

- At least 2 - 3 years experience with Unix / Linux.
