Duties: Trading application support Moves new software releases from development to UAT to production User support and training on desktop trading applications Communicate directly with traders and software development teams Responsible for all documentation Participate in engineering efforts to automate processes, monitor systems and improve software management Requirements: 4+ years experience in MS Windows Server and Desktop environment 2+ years experience with Unix (Red Hat Linux a plus) and MS SQL Server Trading industry experience required Excellent communication and documentation skills
