One of SGA#39;s Major Financial Clients is seeking an Applications Developer for a Contract position in Chicago, Illinois. Seeking a candidate that will work with TI/GTI Coordination regarding identification, diagnosis, and resolving system problems. Seeking an Applications Developer that will manage system performance, conduct capacity assessment plan and manage future capacity demands this includes the evaluation and add SAN disk as required, management of software/hardware licenses, pro-active management to avoid last minute changes to the infrastructure, produce monthly review and re-assessment of infrastructure, as well as produce quarterly capacity assessment and planning reports ndash; Applications Developer will work with Infrastructure and Security design for applications and operating environments, as well Risk Management Audit ensuring readiness, keeping up with current requirements, corrective action in regards with completion of quarterly network scans and corrective action of issues





Required Skills:


5+ years of systems support and infrastructure design / implementation experience

UNIX Solid experience working with Unix

Experience with and understanding of and Oracle

Experience working with Web based applications

Understanding of enterprise-scale Internet security models and how they apply to applications and middleware

Understanding of network technologies, firewall, routers, and TCP/IP

Experience with web servers such Apache

Experience with application servers such as Weblogic

Experience with BOBJ/DataStage

Experience working with large-scale applications

Experience in capacity planning, systems performance monitoring, analysis and optimization in a distributed computing environment.
