The Project Manager assists their manager, the User Interface Design Lead, to manage the design team and full set of design deliverables including site maps, user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, usability testing, User Interface Specifications, and UI testing. While the UI Design Lead is ultimately accountable for the quality and usability of the User Interface, and for the evolution of and adherence to the established User Interface Design Standards, the CE Delivery lead is specifically accountable for:

Assisting UI Design Lead to determine CE/UI impacts and CE resource needs of new project proposals
Collaborating with the UI Design Lead on detailed project planning, incorporating all CE deliverables and process needs

Working with the Program Management Office to integrate the CE work plan into the overall program plan
Resource planning and ongoing utilization management; maintaining team vacation schedules
Maintaining the CE section of the Program's Sharepoint section

Managing review and signoff processes, including posting materials to the program's Sharepoint site, communicating turnaround expectations and the feedback process, tracking down and documenting signoffs from approvers

Scheduling and coordinating the UI Development/prototype and Content team deliverables
Coordinating with QA and UAT on roles/responsibilities and defining the UI defect and resolution process
Managing the Change Control process to assess CE/UI impacts of in-coming CR's, document CE-driven CR's and manage through the approval process

Collaborating with the UI Design Lead on process refinement, standardization and documentation to drive process consistency and efficiency

The Global Corporate Bank Client Experience Project Manager is a contract position, reporting to and directly accountable to the User Interface Design Lead.




Experience: Key Position Statistics
5+ years managing high quality interface design on large, highly complex programs
Ability to manage the full set of client experience deliverables and the day-to-day contributions of multidisciplinary teams of 5-6 people
Ability to manage multiple projects

Knowledge and Skills Requirements
College degree
Strong understanding of user-centered design and UI development best practices
Superior project/program management capabilities; highly organized; detailed oriented
Experience with waterfall and agile project management methodologies
Ability to assess business requirements and define UI impacts; define plans for addressing those impacts
Excellent interpersonal skills; written and verbal communications
Excellent conflict management/issue resolution abilities

Familiarity with client and usability testing methodologies

In-depth knowledge of the Internet, Internet Technologies, web development processes & tools and web production

Familiarity with Content Management system capabilities and database technologies
Experience with financial services applications preferred
