Location: Chicago, IL
Salary: $48,000 - $60,000 DOE
Type: Perm

Responsibilities:
This position will work as part of the implementation team on the largest technology related program in the history of the organization the implementation of new business processes, a new supporting technical and integration infrastructure and Oracle SCM/Cost/Financials modules to 40+ remote manufacturing sites, 5 call centers and Corporate HQ. This role will provide technical support for the Oracle wave training and go-live security setup efforts. This individual will provision users using established systems and processes. In addition, this role will be responsible for the collection of data for the users of each wave deployment to support the implementation and training efforts.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience as a technical developer in a major programming language
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills ability to dissect complex
problems, gather information, triage and recommend solutions
- Experience in technical support and testing
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Proven attention to detail
- Proven experience with Excel
- Experience with data analysis and manipulation, including knowledge of
database structures and modeling techniques
- High level of initiative and good judgment
- Ability to work well with others in a large team environment and meet deadlines
- Experience in collecting and analyzing business requirements from functional teams
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using Microsoft Active Directory
- Experience using Suns Lighthouse identity management application
- Experience using Quests TOAD desktop database access tool or other relational
data access tools
- Experience using Oracle 11i Application security setup/maintenance tools
- Experience with Oracle 11i Application modules
- Experience with Mercury Test Director or other major testing applications
- Experience using Unix
- Experience in a manufacturing organization
