Application Support & Sales position Call Center in Chicago, IL
Our downtown client is looking to add to its team of application support specialists. This is a unique role that entails both support of a proprietary application and new business development & client education. Daily functions include responding to user issues, training new users and introducing features, outbound marketing initiatives, and technical system support to sales and management staff. This position is slated to go 3 months as a contract, then convert to permanent employment with the client.

Experience: Superb communication skills, computer proficiency, and an eagerness for both proactive and reactive job initiatives.
