The Business Analyst position we are seeking provides data management support to the National Account Managers on Walgreen's, Kmart, Meijer and Ulta by analyzing POS data and converting it into information for identifying business development opportunities, decision-making/influencing support, program assessment and business reporting. The Business Analyst supports the account analysis, business planning and implementation processes and is responsible for all business analysis tasks, activities and projects for the assigned account and product line. Key Responsibilities: ? Manage account data sources (i.e. Shipments, POS, Nielsen, store level/store cluster demographic data) and complete and build custom POS templates. ? Provides business performance analysis and assessment with respect to basic stock assortment, promotion effectiveness and new items/launch results. Quantifies facts relevant to product line and account's business performance. ? Perform analyses to determine business development opportunities (i.e. store modular analysis, ROTO performance, brand/sku ROI and GMROI analysis, in-stock conditions, pre-pack sell through and optimum pre-pack assortments by store/store demographic clusters, ideal product assortments to support different account promotion vehicles, data gathering to support return analysis and other market analysis). ? Monitor category trends to assist in brand planning.
