General networking skills and knowledge of Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000 & 2003 as they apply to printer connectivity. Minimum 1-2 years experience in an enterprise helpdesk, deskside, personal computer customer support role. Knowledge of installation, configuration, and advanced support. Experience with most current Microsoft Windows operating systems and MS Office. Demonstrable skills with the following technologies: Outlook, Exchange & Internet Explorer. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
