Minimum Qualifications:
Demonstration of a successful history of having worked on enterprise level, high visibility projects.
3 years experience in technical area, with some experience at a leadership level. Prior years of experience as a leader on software development projects can be substituted for technical experience.
High end Java developer
High end MQ Series developer
Financial industry experience, including experience of developing off one or more market APIs

Technical skills:
Very good understanding of Enterprise Bus architectures.
Good comprehension OO Design and concepts
Must be comfortable in setting up and developing off IBM Websphere MQ series.
Strong in SQL. Solid experience on how to create and utilize views, stored procedures. Understanding of data modeling.
Solid experience in XML using XSD and XSLT
