BSA is working with a large law firm in the heart of the loop in downtown Chicago that seeks a Law Firm Help Desk Analyst for a full time position 10AM - 6 PM. Position will require both Telephone and desk-side support.

Prior law firm and help desk experience are considered a must. Candidate must be proficient in Windows NT or 2000 Workstation and Office 2000. Experience in other law firm-specific applications helpful. Excellent organizational and
problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills a must.
