Responsibilities:
The Siebel Associate Partner has direct accountability for the overall successful delivery of large-scale Distribution Sector Siebel engagements involving technology, process, & organizational change initiatives. The Siebel AP provides hands-on leadership & direction to the team as well as manages client executive relationships. The Siebel AP will also be responsible for leading business case development & performance measurement.

This is a hands-on consulting delivery role in a complex & integrated environment which is multi-functional, multi-national, and/or crosses multiple locations. This is not an account management or business development role. Preferred Candidates should have Siebel Certification (7 or Greater) and management consulting experience with Pharma, Retail, CPG or Travel/Transportation clients on Siebel engagements.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of project management experience with 5 years minimum experience implementing Siebel
- Minimum of three years employment in a top-tier management consulting firm (Andersen/Accenture, Deloitte, BearingPoint, CGE&Y, or PwCC)
- At least 3 full lifecycle Siebel implementations as a project manager
- Track record of Siebel consulting sales in most recent two years
- Major Field of Study: BA
- Program Management
- Business Case Development
- Distribution Sector focus in recent 4-5 years
- Understanding of CPG, Pharma, Retail or Travel/Transportation Industry Ops
- Applied func/tech knowledge of Siebel to solve clients' bus probs
- Complex consulting/client management experience with VP level & above
- Hands-on developed deliverables defined by formal/structured methodology
- Experience articulating complex solutions and program benefits.
- Team Leadership
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Visio (Level4 - Can perform without assistance. Has in-depth knowledge)
