The Web Developer position will take initiative in developing new products, launching sites and will be a part of our team with unlimited opportunities to assist in determining new technical initiatives.
Work with the business to quickly prototype ideas and concepts
Suggest innovative ideas for meeting business needs.
Keeping up to date on technology and how to apply it to meet business needs
Educate other team members on new concepts and technology.
Qualified Candidates will have:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Information Technology with 3+ years of experience in programming, developing and deploying enterprise-level, Web-based solutions
Hands-on advanced web design and development experience with PHP, HTML, CSS, XHTML, XML, XSLT, MySQL, SQL Server and JavaScript are ideal.
Familiar with building W3C compliant sites using (or developing) a content management system.
Experience with site testing, including browser compatibility and accessibility testing.
Worked with all site-related issues (UI + application logic + database - maybe even some server configuration.
Strong debugging skills.
Possessing creative, analytical as well as strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a team and independently.
Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
