Job Description:
Responsible for providing in-depth technical and business expertise on decisions and priorities regarding systems architecture. Educates and facilitates the establishment and implementation of standards and guidelines that guide the design of technology solutions. Develops and documents the framework for integration and implementation for changes to existing technical architecture. The role will be an Integration Architect ( TIBCO experience required).

An architect who understands TIBCO and has an idea about ETL tools: Informatica, IBM or Abinitio.

A strong .NET architect is a good starting point. there is a lot of exposure to TIBCO issues. This person is good a TIBCO (but not an expert). This person needs to understand TIBCO and know who to engage, and ensure that issues are being resolved. The responsibilities include being aware of and following up on global issues. For example there are a few issues related to messages not showing up in a TIBCO queue, and another where the messages are there but the "subscriber" is not working. There is also another where the size of the message in the queue might be the problem....and so on. So an application architect that understands the patters associated with TIBCO and Abinitio (how there are typically used) is probably the best candidate.
