We are
seeking a senior applications developer who has experience working with ASP.NET, SQL, and other web-based technologies to aid our ongoing effort in the area of new/existing development for a globally distributed applications environment. This person must be detail oriented and have the skills necessary to lead a team.







Requirements


Mandatory Working Experience


*


Three years of ASP.NET development

*


Three years of CSS, XHTML and JavaScript development

*


Two years of XML/XSLT

*


Advanced fluency in SQL and complex stored procedure development

*


Has worked in multi-developer environments participating in full development lifecycle from design through product rollout



Mandatory Qualifications


*


Experience with .NET development environment

*


Thorough understanding of database concepts

*


Experience with a SQL-based server product

*


Strong communication, problem solving, and research skills


*


Strong enthusiasm for working with computers and the creation of quality software




Desirable Qualifications

*


Experience working in a distributed client/server environment

*


Windows 2000 and/or Windows XP

*


Experience with PVCS Version Manager and/or Microsoft Visual SourceSafe

*


Familiar with Web 2.0 technologies (Blogs, Wikis, RSS, AJAX, etc.)

*

Familiar with data warehouse concepts

*


Familiar with Microsoft Sharepoint portal server

*


Experience with Microsoft Office development/customization



Responsibilities

*


Carry out maintenance work across a portfolio of sixteen (16) web products.

*


Work independently or with a team producing web applications from specifications

*


Manage the source control process

*


Coordinate and produce application builds

*


Organize details for promotion of application to testing environment
