Under direction of the Application Group Common Services Manager/Officer, supervises and develops staff responsible for managing relationships between Information Technology Group (ITG) and internal client organizations and support various corporate processes of varying size, complexity and risk. Manage projects as required. Establishes and maintains processes and mechanisms to manage effective business relationships and improve business outcomes. Maintains a broad knowledge of available technology and client organizations. Supervises staff and serves as back-up to Manager/Officer as required. Responsible for recruiting and development of staff as well as results achieved. Initiates efforts to improve unit's effectiveness. . Directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team. Develop, maintain and manage business relationships between ITG and internal client organizations. Establish processes and mechanisms to improve relationships and outcomes. Develop and maintain understanding of client's organization (business needs, strategies, goals, objectives, priorities, etc) and technical environments. Maintains through understanding of ITG division, technologies and trends. Develop process/project controls, reporting and communication structure, supervise the activities of external consultants and internal staff. Develop, manage and report progress and status for Common Services activities including, but not limited to Portfolio Management, Fulfillment Planning, Release Planning, Workforce/Organization planning and integration, SDM Adoption, Audit Support and Budgeting. Track and facilitate the resolution of process issues, status, and team meetings. Assess and quantify risks and document contingencies as well as provide for the early identification and reporting of any deviations to the appropriate internal clients. Perform special projects and added responsibilities as required. Experience: Position Requirements: 1) Four years of work experience with a Bachelor Degree OR Five years of work experience with a Technical Certificate or college courses OR Six years of work experience. 2) three years of work experience as a project manager for application development project with SDLC experience or 3 or more years experience in portfolio management or financial budget management. 3) Experience in managing multiple concurrent processes. 4) two years experience in IT quality adherence or IT auditing 5) three years experience in process design and implementation. 6) Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills 7) Experience developing working relationships in a cross-functional team 8) High degree of willingness to work with others to achieve team success in meeting objectives To Apply to this job go to http://www.GadBall.com or click here
