Robert Half Technology has a client in the downtown loop area who is seeking a Web Developer. The Web Developer will be responsible for developing Enterprise web applications for both internal use and custom clients programs. The Web Developer will be involved with developing and supporting web applications, XML web services and windows services using Microsoft technologies. The Web Developer will work with Marketing & IT to gather project requirements, write formal business and technical specifications and manage projects from inception to production. Experience: Candidates must have a minimum of 3+ years experience developing Enterprise applications with SQL Server. 3+ years experience developing stored procedures, triggers and views. 3+ years of database design and object oriented design. 2+ years experience developing Enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies. 2+ years experience collecting requirements and writing formal functional specifications for large scale projects. 2+ years experience developing ASP web applications with Microsoft SQL Server back-end, desirable knowledge of ASP.NET.
