Responsibilities:

- Introduce business process re-engineering focus into business process definition and design, throughout the core business functions

- Ensure the systems needs of the business are fully understood and the systems & process design is documented and addresses those needs in the most effective manner

- Drive innovative thinking to assist the business in maximising their use of technology to accomplish business benefit, and to optimise their operational process design

- Re-engineer processes across functional areas (Focus on Sales, Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Procurement)

- Effective business analysis and requirements creation

- Process design & business requirements document creation (BRS)

- Tracking the solution requirements match to the business requirements, through to user acceptance

- Introduce innovative and creative thinking around core business functionality

- Keep abreast of leading thinking around IT & process innovation for the relevant sector or functional area

- Provide proactive business analysis input to the business strategy planning process

- Participate, in the analysis, design, piloting, testing and deployment phases of IT projects



Qualifications:

- An experienced Business Process Analyst of 4 years plus actual structured business process analysis (across core business functions)

- Full project experience of processes mapping, process re-engineering and GAP analysis

- Significant use of project and continuous improvement methodology, i.e. Six Sigma

- Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt desirable

- Strong (business) functional IT skills

- Degree level required

- A self starter who can work alone or as part of a wider project team
