POSITION SUMMARY/ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Currently, we have an excellent career opportunity available for a System Administrator with Combined Insurance Company, a subsidiary of Aon Corporation. Primary responsibility for this position include:

*Day-to-day upkeep of existing Call Center system
*Development of existing functionality within the Call Center system to meet business needs
*Coordinate system upgrades
*Maintain active employee user base
*Modify existing software functionality to meeting changing business needs
*Coordinate the system linkages so that various programs work with the Mainframe (customer database)
*Works closely with the IT groups to help determine future needs
*Develop training material for supporting new workflow processes
*Work closely with Tele-com group in developing telephone infrastructure for call centers

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Qualified applicants must possess 1-2 years previous work experience in a technical support role and knowledge of LAN maintenance; MCSC Certification is a plus. Candidates should also have good trouble-shooting skills, strong communication skills to deal multiple levels of management, good organizational skills, and solid project management skills. High School Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field preferred.
