This downtown Chicago based Non-Profit organization is looking for an experienced Web Developer. Primary responsibilities include new development and ongoing maintenance of J2EE web-based applications. Delivery of software development projects on schedule, meeting functional requirements without rework and completing projects within budgeted time frames. This person must have the ability to work independently and handle entire development process on their own. Excellent communication skills are a must.

Experience: Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent field. Education is considered to include both the formal/traditional as well as learning from life and work experience. Two to three years experience with Java, J2EE technologies, including JSP, Java Servlets, JDBC, SQL Server, EJB. Experience with HTML, DHTML/Stylesheets and Javascript also a must. This person also must have experience with web application design using the Struts framework.
