My Client is seeking an exceptionally experienced HTML/CSS Developer to help create new features, implement new designs and expand upon old ones for a rapidly growing online media property. The successful candidate will have a broad range of experience creating high-traffic websites, with a focus on usability and performance.

HTML / CSS Developer specific duties include maintaining and streamlining all aspects of the company HTML and CSS, creating CSS and HTML standards, working closely with product management, marketing and engineering to map out user models, streamline experiences, and produce both high-level flows and detailed HTML mockups, transform high level product ideas and mock ups into working HTML/CSS, and help define the user model and user interface for new and existing products and features. The HTML / CSS Developer will also juggle several projects at once in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment, be a persuasive advocate for the end-user, educate technical teams on user-centered design principles, and direct design reviews in order to provide the best performance for our sites.

Experience: HTML/CSS Developer job requirements include excellent HTML and CSS skills, experience with JavaScript, the ability to work alongside with developers in ASP.NET and Visual Source Safe in a team environment, and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at both a business and technical level. Demonstrated experience designing complex web applications; advertising, content management or e-commerce application experience a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce technical documentation are required. Candidates must be self motivated and focused, with a positive outlook and excellent organizational skills.
