Responsibilities will include: Maintaining web site layout and creating new HTML and RoR pages, Project Management, adding new features/programs for members, improving usability, uniqueness and member tagging capabilities, creating/maintaining databases, adding content as needed, and creating and modifying web graphics and images.
This Programmer Analyst works with VP Sales in search engine optimization, develops new web-based programs based on future company needs, imbeds advertisements and ensures ads comply with advertisers expectations. This Programmer will also manage (and hire) additional IT personnel.
Experience: This Programmer Analyst role requires 2+ years experience with Ruby on Rails, experience in Project Management, ability to thrive in a fast paced environment that requires managing multiple projects, priorities, and relationships simultaneously, strong organizational skills, strong analytical and creative problem solving skills. This person must have the ability to communicate and work with company clients in a professional manner.
