We are looking for an experienced and professional Programmer to be responsible for providing new programs, programming changes, and problem resolution for the company's computer systems; and to research and recommend solutions and technologies appropriate with department goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

This person must create, test, and document programs, reports, and processes in response to user requests and Information Systems requirements. Design and maintain databases according to established standards and procedures. The programmer will perform analysis of staff problems and requests as they relate to available computer technology and resources. Assist in preparation of feasibility and alternatives analyses, as well as implementation plans. They will provide support in the resolution of software- and website- related issues, prepare system documentation including abstracts, flow charts, and user instructions, and provide user training and support as required. Must be able to develop and follow a program to increase personal effectiveness in the areas of information technology and general business, participate and contribute as a positive role model to the IT Department and to the organization as a whole, and complete special projects as assigned.
Experience: VB.NET, XML, SQL Server 2005, C#, MySQL, excellent communication, planning, and decision making skills.
