Our Client located in a Chicago suburb currently seeks a C# DEVELOPER for DIRECT-HIRE or CONTRACT-TO-HIRE.Required Skills- C# .net, Oracle PL-SQL development skills(T-SQL acceptable, clear requirements definition abilities, strong analysis skills. Knowledge of stored procedures and functions.Provide estimates for scope of work, ability to track and report on progress.Client is looking for a consultant with both C#.net experience as well as Oracle PL SQL experience. However, If they have C# but T-SQL (MS SQL Server) combination, that may be okay, as they can transfer the T-SQL skills over to PL/SQL without a long learning curve. Experience knowledge in Oracle 10g, PL SQLis preferred, stored procedures and functions, Firm understanding of relational database design. Strong analysis skills within a relational database, experience with conducting impact analysis. Responsibilities will include taking design specs and breaking them down into a logical design path, Provide estimate for scope of work, manage time to scope and project completion and report to PM program manager project advancement. Clearly design scope and requirements, define functional and non-functional requirements. Financial, stock trading and insurance industry experience preferred. In conjunction with Oracle skills. Client is looking for strong c#.net developer consultants to be able to develop as well as train and mentor junior employees. Will be working on both middle application tier and user interface tier depending on strengths and make up of team.
