Experience: Responsibilities include the ability to design, develop, test, and document software. You will spend your days working on our on-demand web based application, and the tools that support it. Looking for people who can solve problems creatively, create great software, write high-quality code, learn continually (read blogs, papers, and books), experiment with new technology, and train and mentor your peers.

Our work is primarily done using Microsoft's .Net technologies. The majority of our code is web-based and written in or using ASP.Net, VB.Net, AJAX, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL Server. We also do work with web services, windows services, windows forms. Expertise in several of these fields is preferable. Knowledge of design patterns, refactoring and unit testing is also a plus.

We are looking for people with excellent programming skills, who are Smart, friendly, motivated, and honest. You should have excellent command of written and spoken English and must have permanent legal right to work in the United States. A CS or equivalent degree is required.
