PEROT SYSTEMS CORPORATION is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. It is currently looking for a BUSINESS CONSULTING ANALYST to join our team in HERNDON, VA.
Job Responsibilities:
This individual will be a key functional resource for an upgrade of PeopleSoft 8.3 HRMS to PeopleSoft 9.0 HRMS.
Minimum requirements for the position include 5+ years experience and functional knowledge with PeopleSoft Human Resources, Benefits Admin and the Payroll Interface. Familiarity with the Person Model within PeopleSoft is required as well as in depth understanding related to the configuration and setup of PeopleSoft 8.x. Additional skills include the ability to gather requirements, create documents, interface with both business and technical resoruces and work without direct supervision.
General knowledge of Oracle, batch processing, interfaces, queries and Work Brain and PeopleSoft 9.0 helpful.
College degree or tech school dipolma required.
