Position Requirements: Project Manager
2-5 or more years experience as an Technology Project Manager - web site development a plus.
Responsible for taking a project from concept through completion – on schedule, on budget – and meeting or exceeding the expectations of the client and Arc
Collaborates with the project team to identify strategies and solutions that will best meet the client's needs within established constraints
Works with account team as well as any and all members of assigned project team to estimate costs and timing for tasks such as project strategy, functional design, visual design, technology requirements, etc., utilizing established estimating process and tools
Actively participates in all project activities, collaborating on the content and presentation of key client deliverables as required to ensure relevancy, strategy, quality and timeliness
Responsible for managing project financial lifecycle, including estimates, status reporting, revenue forecasts, invoicing, etc.
Create accurate, timely resource requests according to process; ensure that projects are appropriately staffed
Create and maintain project documentation such as estimates, project plans, proposals, statements of work, status reports (internal and external), change requests, functional specifications, etc.
May serve as a "lead" on large clients, working with account teams to nurture client relationships, and monitor opportunities for new business
Must have delivered previous projects using SDLC methodology
Must be able to work in a fast-pace environment accommodating and reporting on impacts from changing technical requirements.
