Software Development position for a great company downtown. This person will develop and maintain the web-based software platform. Take requirements from the business team or other sources, design and implement technical solution. Should be able to take several assignments at the same time and manage development activities according to priorities and schedules. Report progress and issues regularly to managers and business team.
Experience: A four year bachelor's degree is required. This person must have 3-5 years experience developing large scale e-commerce applications and 2-3 years experience using the Perl programming language. The candidate must also have experience with Oracle, Unix, and SQL.

Strong problem solving skills are a must. Can lead technically by example. Proven ability to deliver results in complex and large-scale development projects. The ability to work with different teams of people to clarify or gather requirements.
