Position: ClearQuest Administrator
Location: Hoffman Estates, IL
Duration: 6 months+


- Must have minimum 4-5 years of working experience in IT Configuration Management.
- Good working experience as a ClearQuest administrator developing ClearQuest hooks in Perl.
- Experience developing automated integration between IBM Rational ClearQuest and other systems or applications.
- Expertise on upgrading ClearQuest versions to new releases.
- Experience automating CQ testing using Rational Performance Tester.
- In depth experience with CQ Web running on a Windows 2003 platform.
- Strong knowledge of Software Configuration Management processes, tools and products. Experience implementing SCM disciplines in organizations a plus.
- Solid Perl scripting knowledge and corresponding programming experience. Java programming a plus.
- Process-oriented (able to establish, follow, and improve on ways to accomplish work in repeatable patterns).


Compensation and other relevant details:
1. We are looking only for people willing to join us directly as W2 employees.
2. W2 salaried with full benefits or W2 hourly all-inclusive rates.
3. Prefer Local candidates but W2 salaried employees may also receive relocation assistance.
