Experience: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:. Daily hardware and or software maintenance . Troubleshoot hardware/software/connectivity problems . Monitoring/maintaining/administering system security [hardware, OS, etc] . Monitoring and reporting of system performance, utilization, uptime, security, etc. . Tuning (continually) the system for maximum performance . Develop/maintain & test appropriate disaster recovery plans . Creating / terminating user accounts . Monitoring / responding to system requests . Resolving systems issues escalated by internal helpdesk . Assist and support developers to resolve problems on supported platforms . Assisting developers & determining upgrade and /or system requirements to support new applications . Maintain current system(s) documentation / drawings.
