The client has offices in Cincinnati, Ohio and Chicago, IL and is fine with a candidate working from either of these locations (candidate can select). The right candidate will have at least 6+ years experience in Commercial Lending with 3+ years of Life Cycle Testing Methodologies with QA/SQL and MS Access. Duties include: Functional requirements gathering for the commercial lending life cycle- sales & origination, deal underwriting, booking and funding, servicing and collateral management and termination. Creation of use cases Interpret business requirements into language understandable by developers Manage conversion related documents including: data analysis document, mapping document, issues log, reject reports, etc Perform functional troubleshooting, building test cases, perform functional testing, validate results, track and resolve issues. Perform quality metrics assessment - lean, six sigma Required Skills/Experience: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) with 6+ years experience in commercial lending Strong SQL and/or MS access expertise is preferred Experienced in business analysis/preparation of use cases and translating business needs to IT requirements/specifications In-depth understanding of commercial lending business processes, finance principles, accounting processes Experience with testing methodologies and QA - lean and six sigma Effective written and verbal communication skills Candidates must be able to work onsite in Cincinnati, Ohio or Chicago, IL.
