One of SGA's major financial clients is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a contract position in Chicago, IL. The Senior business analyst will be responsible for producing and reviewing documentation relating to business, operational, and technical tasks. The Senior Business Analyst serves as liaison between IT and business end-users and will also work to solve complex issues, understand and participate in project planning and estimating. Knowledge of Treasury Services business is required especially credit card and information management.
Additional Responsibilities: Create and/or review Functional Requirements Documents (FRD) for completeness and accuracy Facilitate requirements and design sessions with business and IT Identify and log any FRD issues, questions, or updates Consolidate and coordinate FRD feedback from all other teams Communicate FRD requirements to the development team for design and implementation of business solutions Identify, assess and record business needs, recommending business priorities, and advising business on options, risks, and costs versus benefits Communicate business priorities to the technology development teams in order to drive effective business solutions Working knowledge of Data processes around Extract, Transform and Load processes and SQL development concepts
