We are currently in need of a Technical Analyst for a contract opportunity in Chicago

Duration: 12 month Contract

Project: Enterprise Data Warehouse

Job Functions: This position is responsible for participating in and assisting in leadership of processes, design, development and implementation of business processes; collecting and defining requirements, translating into functional design documents, participating in technical design, test planning and user documentation processes. Working with business areas and peers in planning, developing, implementing and supporting new or existing processes, analyzing and re-engineering business processes, and assisting in training business customers on new or enhanced business processes. Heavy user contact.

Job Requirements:
1) Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or other technical/business discipline.
2) 4 years of experience in SQL, Relational database
3) 4 years of experience as a business analyst
4) 2 years of experience in Project Management, structured design
5) 2 years of experience in project leadership and or team set up on small to medium size projects
6) 2 years experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
7) 2 years experience with server concepts, Vision
8) Java experience is a big plus (for future projects)
9) Teradata experience another BIG plus
10) SQL Server, DB2 Client experience a plus
11) Proven written and oral communications
