A Chicago client is looking for a Help Desk supervisor to run the operations, actively solves challenging problem tickets on a daily basis and assure Help Desk processes and standards are followed. The Help Desk Supervisor will coordinate and review written Help Desk processes and documentation. He/she will provide problem solving leadership to others. Experience: This position prefers someone having a college degree in computer science with an emphasis on the business tools of computing (Windows, e-mail, Office apps, Internet browsing, graphics tools etc.). A strong background in problem solving technical issues for end users is a requirement. Experience with Windows and Citrix network administration, e-mail administration and security administration is expected. The ability to work effectively in a team environment with other Information Services staff is essential. Expertise in solving a wide range of network printing problems is strongly preferred.
