The Center of Excellence has an internal consultant role providing project management and testing process delivery capabilities.



Helps identify and manage scope and resource impacts, and mitigate risk to all test phases. Leads test planning and execution activities working directly with business users and software developers. Assists with staffing and resource management of off shore testing resources.



Identifies process and efficiency improvements in the test planning and execution phase. Participates in the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of Technology Services testing policies, procedures and best practices



Remains current on technical and professional developments affecting testing, including new product offerings.



High energy level, a "can-do" attitude, ability to manage through ambiguity, as well as a high degree of commitment, willing to put in the time necessary to achieve success. Experience: ? Bachelor?s degree in computer science or related field.
? Minimum of five years experience in a combination of business systems development and project management.
? Minimum 5 years testing experience, preferably in business function (UAT) test phase. Testing tools experience (preferably Mercury) is required.
? Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role with project/team management in a structured systems development environment, managing across multiple teams and multiple geographical locations is required
? Excellent communication, problem solving and negotiation skills.
? Ability to lead, motivate and develop personnel.
? Travel within the US and abroad
? Prior consulting experience and a background in the Financial Services industry a plus
? Large scale conversion, packaged software installation, and production system support in a 24/7 environment are highly desired skills, as is experience in working in high transactions-per-second environments with a large number of users (> 1,000).
? Experience implementing ERP packages specifically PeopleSoft HR and Financials is highly desired.
