Take a leading role with responsibility for successful delivery of Energy & Utilities CIS/ Billing process transformation and change management initiatives. Youll be providing hands-on leadership and direction to the team as well as manages client relationships. This is a pivotal role on $5 to $15 million energy and utility billing technology projects. This includes:

* Leading the translation of the new business design into process capabilities definition.
* Conducting the requirement definition for processes with emphasis on enabling packaged application(s).
* Facilitating selection of the packaged application(s).
* Designing, in cooperation with the client, new business processes based on the related packaged application(s) and organization enablers.
* Defining key business process attributes for quantitative and qualitative performance measurements.
* Helping clients establish process management & governance system.

You can live in any of the following cities: Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Cincinnati, Columbus, Cleveland, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Hartford, Houston, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Miami, Minneapolis, New York City, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Tulsa or Washington DC. You can live within a reasonable commuting distance (generally 50 miles) of a major airport. Travel can be up to 100% on weekdays. Experience: Heres a summary of what you will need:
Two years employment in a consulting firm with consulting responsibilities; Energy & Utilities CIS / billing focus in recent 3-5 years
Demonstrated hands-on process transformation experience in at least 3 full lifecycle, successful CIS / Billing workstreams or engagements involving process and change management initiatives, including:
Process definition, analysis, design, and implementation
Requirements definition and mapping
Leadership of training definition and development
Change Management planning through implementation
Direct accountability for success of process transformation initiatives
Significant consulting & client management experience w/ Director level and above
Direct involvement in business case development & performance measurement
Deep understanding of Energy & Utilities CIS / Billing processes.
Working functional and / or technical knowledge of at least one leading CIS / Billing solution: Peace/Peace 8, Customer/1, SAP CCO, SPL/CC&B, LodeStar/Load & Bill Vision.
