The Production Manager is responsible for supervising the development, production and distribution of creative deliverables. This includes assigning creative staff, supplier selection and management, spec development, job costing and quality control/proofing. The Production Manager manages: production specifications; workflow; estimate process; vendor negotiations. The Production Manager reviews and proofs all project deliverables and prepares purchase orders. Experience: Bachelor degree. Minimum of 3 years experience in incentives, advertising or direct response marketing.
