Your main responsibilities will be to: ? Assist clients on the GL STREAM solutions: ? Qualifying needs ? Technical and functional validation ? Coordination with our other local offices WW (on GLNET installations) ? Updates ? Resolve issues (level 1 and 2) for all GL STREAM products and solutions. Experience: - 3+ years or relevant work experience - Unix and Linux backgrounds combined with basic / mid-level networking and FIX (Financial Information exchange) protocol skills. - Candidate will have worked at a securities firm or bank and be experienced in dealing with traders. - Financial knowledge of the markets / trading is a plus. - Knowledge of the GL front-end and server based products would be a huge plus.
